Through the non diegetic music.

Although not very clear.
Horror, psychological.
Death is coming up as a theme – supernatural.

Lighting stays natural.

Hospital/hospice – horror.

Set in an American country – banjo’s in the music used.

Race/ethnicity.

Ominous music.

Cuts of the sky – heaven.
A character dies, associated with horror.

A character works in a hospital – protagonist.

Patient’s family do not care about them – sad.
Through the music and images shown of the sky – heaven. And wet weather – natural disasters which occur a lot in this part of America.
Horror – hearing voices, injured – blood.
Or Thriller – natural lighting.

Tense music – dramatic and fast paced.
